Michigan CE Requirements for License Renewal

As a nurse in the state of Michigan, you are required to earn continuing education to renew your active license. All of our CE activities are accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Renewal Requirements

RN

• Every two years
  • 25 hours of continuing education
  • 2 hours in pain and pain symptom management
  • 2 hours implicit bias

LPN

• Every two years
  • 25 hours of continuing education
  • 2 hours in pain and pain symptom management
  • 2 hours implicit bias

Advanced Practice 

• Every two years
  • 25 hours of continuing education
  • 2 hours in pain and pain symptom management
  • 2 hours implicit bias
